Yoga
What is Yoga?

Yoga is a practice that helps you:

• become more aware of your body

• calm and focus your mind

• regulate your breath

• develop presence and self-awareness

• create balance in your daily life

The Main Parts of Yoga

Most people experience yoga through a few key elements:

1. Movement (Asana)

Physical postures that build strength, flexibility, and awareness.

2. Breath (Pranayama)

Conscious breathing that helps calm the nervous system and focus the mind.

3. Meditation

Practices that develop stillness, clarity, and inner awareness.

4. Philosophy

Teachings that guide how we live, relate to others, and understand ourselves.

What Yoga Really Becomes

Over time, yoga shifts from something you do to something you live.

It becomes:

• a way of responding instead of reacting
• a way of listening to your body
• a way of understanding your thoughts and patterns
• a way of being more present in your life

Yoga is the practice of connecting to yourself—through movement, breath, and awareness.
