“Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation \nthat also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and \nis based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us\n and is what causes us to be alive.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span>

If one’s “life force energy” is low,\n then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, \nwe are more capable of being happy and healthy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
\n<\/span><\/span>

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “Universal\n Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So \nReiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”

In the Usui Reiki Level 1 class, you will learn the Energy Healing modality that is growing in popularity and how to use it for self healing.<\/p>

In the Usui Reiki Level 2 class, you will learn the Energy Healing modality that is growing in popularity and how to use it for your family and friends or even as new career in healing.

In the Usui Reiki Level 2 class, you will learn the Energy Healing \nmodality that is growing in popularity and how to use it for others, as new career in healing or enhance your own spiritual journey.  (8 hours)<\/p>

In the Usui Reiki Master Level class, you will enhance your practice and learn how to teach and give the attunements required for your students (12 hours)<\/p>
